As the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day approach, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued trust and support of ST GROUP. In accordance with national statutory holiday arrangements, relevant policies and regulations in overseas and Hong Kong regions, and the actual operational conditions of our global branches, we hereby announce the holiday schedule and business service arrangements as follows:
1. Holiday Schedule by Region
Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday
Mainland China: Friday, September 25 to Sunday, September 27 (3 days off)
Hong Kong, China: Saturday, September 26 (1 day off)
National Day Holiday
Mainland China: Thursday, October 1 to Wednesday, October 7 (7 days off, with adjusted working days); Make-up workdays will be on Sunday, September 20 and Saturday, October 10.
Hong Kong, China: Thursday, October 1 (1 day off for National Day)
2. Holiday Business Service Instructions
During the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, our offices in Mainland China will be closed for on-site operations according to the schedule above. However, our remote business teams across global regions will remain coordinated and operational to ensure that your core urgent business needs are not interrupted.
For routine inquiries, document signing, or on-site coordination, we recommend handling them in advance before the holiday. Should you have any urgent business requests, please feel free to contact your dedicated ST sales representative. We will respond promptly and serve you wholeheartedly.
